Her style is dynamic: she asks thoughtful, collaborative questions and listens in a compassionate, non-judgmental way. As an immigrant from Edinburgh, Scotland, she also brings a unique perspective and a touch of Scottish wit and wisdom. She draws on 25 years of experience in high-pressure media and entertainment roles to support clients navigating demanding lives and complicated relationships in a confidential and grounded environment.  She works with adults navigating stress, trauma, and complicated family dynamics, couples caught in intractable cycles of tension, and parents of teens and young adults, including those with neurodiversity as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. Her psychodynamic, strengths-based approach helps clients uncover deeper patterns while building self-compassion, resilience, and understanding.
